This Privacy Policy explains how ThoughtBox AI LLC ( "ThoughtBox AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit marketplacecentral.ai or use Marketplace Central (together, the "Service").

Marketplace Central itself is deployed inside each customer's own AWS account; we do not host or process your agreements, offers, or invoices on our own infrastructure. This policy covers the marketing website and any information you give us directly (for example, requesting a demo or contacting us), not the data your own deployment of Marketplace Central processes inside your AWS account, which remains under your control.

Information you provide. If you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for the beta program, we collect what you submit, typically your name, work email, company name, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site working, understand aggregate usage, and diagnose problems, not to build individual advertising profiles.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for a few limited purposes:

• Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function correctly, for example, remembering your cookie preference itself. These cannot be disabled without affecting basic site functionality.
• Analytics and performance. Help us understand aggregate site usage: which pages are visited, how people navigate the site, so we can improve it. These do not identify you individually and are not used for third-party advertising.
• Functional. Remember choices you've made on the site (such as a selected tab) so you don't have to reset them on every visit.

• Service providers who host the website and support our operations (for example, hosting and analytics providers), under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us
• Legal and safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ThoughtBox AI, our users, or others
• Business transfers, if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll provide notice before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy

We retain information you provide to us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the beta program, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregate, de-identified analytics data may be retained longer since it does not identify you individually.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We are based in the United States, and information we collect may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective date" below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
